Barkhausen Engagement | Rianne & Colton

Have you every chased a thunderstorm? Just to feel that electrical current that flows through the air? When you are a photographer, you have a tendency to do the opposite, especially when you have an engagement session at Barkhausen that evening! Monday was a HOT one out and like true Wisconsin fashion, the forecast switched to storms last minute. But Rianne and Colton were down for pushing forward! And guess what, the rain never came and we got AMAZING golden hour photos at their Barkhausen engagement.

Rianne and Colton, I don’t even know where to begin with you two. All I know is I need to apologize to Colton for making him work SOOOO hard in the extreme heat. There where dip kisses, lifts, and Rianne up on his shoulders. But he did it ALL with a smile on his face. I think both him and I ended up sweating buckets by the end. On the plus side, he actually took direction well (not to point a finger LOL). I am kidding, we just like to tease Rianne because she prefers to look at Colton instead of me when I ask her to. But really, who can blame her, she is marrying him!
