There is no better place to be on the weekend of the 4th of July than at a beautiful Lake Geneva wedding at The Abbey Resort. You have the best of every single world right at your fingers tips. You have a marina, a pool, waterpark, sporting activities, amazing restaurants and a quaint little lakeside town. It is the best of both worlds in my opinion. You know I am a boat girl who spends a bulk of my time on the water. So being able to hop on the boat for sunset photos definitely hit the #1 best thing I have EVER done at a wedding. All thanks to Brittney and Shane and their stunning Lake Geneva wedding at The Abbey Resort!

Brittney and Shane actually met on the fourth of July weekend years earlier. Which is why the Fourth of July the perfect time to say “I Do”. Let me tell you, the stars aligned for these two. Where Brittney would call Shane a man child but with a smile on her face. She loves him for being able to bring fun and joy into every aspect of their lives together. And Shane would just smile thinking about Brittney and say that she brings out every best of him. Together, these two balance each other out perfectly and have taken all of lives CRAZY adventures in stride.

Brittney and Shane, you clearly already know that you have made my WHOLE life goal happen. I am a sucker for boats so being able to take those golden hour photos on the water was AMAZING. Secondly, you guys threw a rager when it came to that dance floor. I don’t think I have seen anything quite like that in a LONG time. You two are truly perfect together and I am so excited to share a few sneak peeks from your wedding day! Enjoy!
