Backstage Wedding | Katherine & Wayne
The warmth of the room greeted you when you walked into the Backstage at Meyer for Katherine and Wayne’s wedding. The smell of fresh food assaulted your senses. Leading you into the room. A November snow was fresh from earlier in the day. Not a rarity for most of Wisconsin. Purple and pink lights cast their way up the side of the brick lined walls of the Backstage. People gathering and greeted those they have not seen in a while. Hugs and kisses surrounded the room as people reacquainted themselves with each other again. As guest found their seats, the clinging of metal sounded throughout. As the Officer’s officially made their way inside.

Katherine and Wayne are extraordinary people. Their love story follows suit. Originally meeting in high school, Katherine brought Wayne over to her parents house in the early years of high school. Although her parents were interested in this “man” she brought home; they began to like him early on. But the two parted ways to only be brought back together. Wayne had said in their time apart that he had met the love of his life and hoped that they would find their way back together. After some years and a good luck of fate, Katherine and Wayne met again and found that their love for one another had never faded.
Katherine and Wayne, thank you for allowing me to be apart of your gorgeous wedding day. A special thank you to Wayne for tolerating all the photos even though we had to convince you to cross the road to finish them. Enjoy a few sneak peeks from your wedding day!
