I got to watch this couple since the beginning. I first met Danielle on a soccer field where I played with her sister Briana. As the years progressed, we ended up playing indoor soccer together as well. One day she messaged me that she wanted family photos with her son, Brody and her boyfriend. And then Alex walks in. I knew from the moment that I met him, he was the perfect fit for Danielle. They shared a common love for exercise and he supported her in every way possible. He was extremely patient with Brody and gave him his undivided attention. He was nothing short of perfect for Danielle and Brody.
Danielle and Alex got engaged while they were traveling over in Europe with family. If you could picture a proposal with beautiful wooden doors and a very shocked Danielle, that is exactly what happened. I might have screamed with joy a little and scared my hubby but no worries. I think he is use to it now.
Danielle and Alex started doing crossfit together when they were dating. So when Danielle asked me if we could do part of their engagement photos at their in home crossfit gym, I could not pass it up. I always tell my couples to make your engagement session unique to them specifically as a couple and Danielle and Alex took it to heart. And I must say, I LOVED every second of their crossfit engagement session. Okay maybe not ever second. We could skip the part where Alex tried to use his hand during a box jump. If you know what a box jump is, not hands should be involved.
Anyways, Danielle and Alex, thank you for inviting me into your home. Enjoy a few sneak peeks from your Crossfit and countryside engagement session!
Love Camille!
PS – If you thought you saw Danielle and Alex before on one of my blogs, you are correct. Check out Jeff and Bri’s wedding!
