Daves Falls Engagement | Sam and Jess
There is no beauty quite like what you are met with when you arrive at Daves Falls. The trees guide you as you wander to the falls. Bursting with brilliant yellows and oranges. Reminding you that soon, snow will be gracing our woods. Listen closely and you will hear the rapids as you approach. Whispering for you to come closer. The wind will wrap itself around you. Pushing to look over the edge. Forest air will work its way into your lungs. Bringing with it the freedom that nature gives you. Rocks push up toward the sky as water rushes down below. All of this surrounds you with the beauty that is northern Wisconsin.

Jess and Sam are so much more than a new CDP wedding couple. These are some of our closest friends. Some might even say that Sam and my husband are in some weird type of relationship. We knew about the ring before he asked her for forever in beautiful Jamaica. Ate dinner with them down on the city deck. Laughed at the most random things. Watched Sam “dive” off the Lilly pad on the boat all summer. I was just there to keep both of them out of trouble because that is exactly what Sam and my husband are together. TROUBLE! Heck, maybe one day Jess might admit I am not that weird or crazy;). Here is to hoping I suppose. But best of all, I cannot wait to watch these two as they become husband and wife. To watch their beautiful love story unfold.
So Sam and Jess, even though I interrupted Sam watching the football games, I think streaming it to your phone was worth it. Without a doubt, I love every one of your photos and I cannot wait for your big day. So I will stop talking so you can get to the good stuff.
