Kids were scattered all around the park. Looking for their dates to Homecoming at Doty Park. The light bounced through the trees adding an already dreamy feel to the park. As parents snapped away photos of their kids going off to Homecoming, we searched around for the perfect spot to lay claim to the park. We wandered around Doty Park until we came to this beautiful footbridge going over the river. It was the perfect spot to stop and take the perfect engagement photos. It was also a solid distance away from the geese that scared the pants right off Meghan. So since Kevin and I are such kind souls, we decided to spare Meghan and her pants today. No promises come wedding day…
Kevin and Meghan met me while I was working my way down to Chicago for a flight out to San Fransisco for a wedding. And I truly enjoyed them because Kevin gave me a little advice to help my business when he found out I am not a coffee drinker but I truly enjoy a good ice cream. So if you have met with me, you now I know meet brides and grooms at Culvers. You can thank Kevin for that! Both of these two have so much joy when they are together. From Kevin running and chasing off the geese so that Meghan could walk closer to the water; and him deciding he need to ride on the purple dinosaur at the park before we left for the lighthouse. I don’t think I have laughed that hard in a very long time.
Kevin and Meghan, you both are truly wonderful people. I had so much fun hanging out with you both at Doty Park and again at the lighthouse (which I have confirmed is the finish line for the Fox Cities Marathon). Thank you for trusting me and running around like crazies when I asked you too. Enjoy a few sneak peeks from your engagement session at Doty Park!
Love Camille
