Green Bay Botanical Gardens is bursting with beauty in August. The archways are in full bloom. Butterflies are roaming the gardens and there are rolling hills filled with stunning florals. August is the perfect time of the year to enter the gardens and enjoy its true beauty. I have fond memories from Green Bay Botanical Gardens. Is it actually where I grew my first garden. I distinctly remember the sunflowers that we grew. So every time I get to step foot back in the gardens, amazing memories assault me!
Kelly and Tom have waited ten years to become husband and wife. Surrounded by their most important friends and family, they exchanged vows with their own hint of personality. From the beautiful entrance into their ceremony to their moving and grooving exit. Every bit of their day of 100% them. Wait a minute, is grooving still a word kids use nowadays? Either way, I couldn’t find a more perfect word to describe their day.
Kelly and Tom are every bit perfect for each other. From the merging of a family to the understanding of time and commitment they each devote to their work. They have molded together to create a wonderful and beautiful life. I got the absolute pleasure of meeting with them before their big day and something interested stuck with me. Tom took extreme care of Kelly. Without any questions, he ordered her ice cream while we sat and chatted. Now you may think this is nothing but look around you. How many men are still holding open doors and getting their women ice cream?
Tom and Kelly, it was an honor to be apart of your wedding day. I do not think anything more perfect could have happened on this day. Green Bay Botanical Gardens was the perfect spot to say “I Do”. Thank you for allowing me to capture the beauty of your wedding day. Enjoy a few favorites of your day!
