Donna and Matthew | Oak Grove Regional Park Engagement

The sun broke through the trees at Oak Grove Regional Park. The trees the only form of relief from the sun. As day turned to night, the heat simmered down. Matt stared into Donna’s eyes. Trying to portray every ounce of love he had for her. Spreading slow and lazy kisses across her face. Starting at her perfect nose and moving to her cheek. He slowly moved back to kiss her sweetly on the lips. Never in a million years did he think we would get to stand her with this beautiful girl.

You know what my favorite part about Donna and Matt’s relationship is? It is the fact that they can be 100% themselves around each other. Like when Donna whips out her crazy dance where so makes her body do the wave. Or the fact that Matt supports Donna as she build her photography business. He helps her at shoots and creates fun humor for the couple. They are not afraid to laugh at the silly things like when Donna almost tips over while walking or the fact she is super ticklish (my bad!). They take everything in stride and they are truly a remarkable couple.

Donna and Matt, thank you SO much for meeting me out at Oak Grove Regional Park. You both created magic in front of my camera in the beautiful (and hot) state of California. I cannot thank you both enough for joining me and it was an absolute pleasure to be able to connect with other photographers! So I promise I will stop typing and get to the good stuff.
