Trevon + Lanie | Washington Oaks Garden
I sometimes have to pinch myself just to make sure that this session wasn’t a dream. I mean it was a dream. But a dream come true. When I goggle “places to shoot in St. Augustine, Florida” and Washington Oaks Garden popped up, I knew instantly. I know without a doubt in my mind that me and the spanish moss were about to become BFF. I mean come on now, check out the first image. Go ahead, I will wait for you to scroll down… still waiting.. ISN’T THAT SPANISH MOSS TO DIE FOR! Good news for Lanie I was willing to beg her to go there for her portrait session. Let me tell you something, I definitely don’t think this will make her disappointed 🙂

Trevon and Lanie, a couple after my own heart. They met senior year of high school in their home state of Oregon. Wait a minute, did you just get confused on how we ended up in Florida. Well, Trevon is in the navy protecting our country. They got married shortly after high school. A few short months ago, they got stationed on the Navy base in Georgia where him and his beautiful wife, Lanie, now call home.
Trevon and Lanie, thank you from the very bottom of my heart for taking the time out of your Saturday to drive down to Florida and meet me. You made my dreams come true by shooting in the beautiful Washington Oaks Garden. I had an EXTREMELY hard time picking some of my favorites (which is a good thing!) but here is what I narrowed it down too.
