The Wichmann’s | Bayshore Park

Bayshore Park is the perfect location for any type of photos. It gives you the beautiful breakwater that protects boats as they reach for the docks. It has the stunning rock cliffs that are often only seen as you drive toward Door County. All of those elements made it the perfect location for the Wichmann family photos. This family is often found up in Door County as they spend much of their time up their just being a family.

I love this family with all of my heart. We originally met at BODE bootcamp and we instantly clicked. I don’t even know where to begin truly. First off, Mary is the sweetest person you will ever meet. She would do anything to help you and she is so incredible supportive. She is my BODE mom because she is always helping you and giving the best advice. Mark is just as amazing as Mary! I mean, if he can handle my crazy for over an hour then we know he is an awesome man! Both Mary and Mark have raised two incredible men. I can’t even call them boys because they are truly outstanding men. You should both me proud of the boys you raised into men.

This is where I get emotional. The boys, Cody and Tyler. Tyler is probably the kindest soul I have ever met. He is thoughtful and always speaking words of encouragement. He is supportive and believes in you when you don’t believe in yourself. No matter what is happening in his life, he will always put you before himself. He loves unconditionally and I am lucky enough to call him my friend. Cody, my epic dance partner and high five partner in crime. I mean how can we not be cool? Have you seen our handshake. Although you can’t do a closed grip pushup when I sit on you, you are still incredible. You are goofy and silly and I am not sure I haven’t seen you without a smile unless you try. Even then, you struggle to keep a straight face. You are always so happy and it makes my day when I see your shining face when I walk through the doors at BODE. Even when you ask where Andy is because that is who you really wanted to see.

Alright, I will try and rein it in because I could probably write a book about how awesome this family is. In the end, thank you truly to the Wichmann’s. Thank you for coming to Door County and spending the afternoon with me. Thank you for always being the happy faces I get to spend 7:00pm with. And thank you for just being some of the best people I can call friends. Enjoy a few more favorites from your session at Bayshore Park.
