Kevin & Samantha’s Wausau Wedding

She started to make her promise. A promise to always push her. She promised to always be there for her. A promise to always love her. Tears slipped down both of their faces. Family surrounded as she made her promise. She whispered those words of promise to never disappoint her. She promised to make sure she always did right by her. Looking into her new step daughter’s eyes, she slide a ring on her finger to solidify that promise, the promise to always be the best role model possible and to be the best mother she knew how to be.

Their love was built on years of friendship and trust and her ability to sell Twisted Tea to about anyone she meets. Samantha and Kevin are one of those relationships you watch evolve over time. The one you can’t help but to wish them the best of what life has to offer. The way he looks at her is beyond what the words on this page can describe. He loves her with all of his heart. I remember when we began their couple portraits, he had to stop and say how beautiful she looked and how he wanted to leave with her right now to be alone. He couldn’t wait to get that chance, to steal her away at the end of the night and spend time with the woman he loves, his wife.
