One of my favorite places in Door County is Fish Creek. Aaron and Krista sweetened the deal by asking to do their engagement photos up there! This tells me a couple things about them as a couple. One, they are adventurous. They were willing to travel out of their way to go to a place that I find truly beautiful and a perfect background to a flawless engagement session if I do say so myself:)
Two, these two are more than future husband and wife. They are best friends. I know this based on this. Aaron and Krista can truly laugh at each other. Although we may have turned Krista’s laugh into a hashtag on Instagram, (its #Kristawave. Feel free to use it alllllll the time now!) we continued to laugh throughout the whole session. Between the #Kristawave and Aaron’s obsession with the sailboat steering wheel, there was never a dull moment while I was with these two.
Three, they are willing to walk the distance for their marriage, literally and figuratively. We may have paced back and further between the pier and the beach only to return back to the pier, but at least we did not have to interrupt a Door County trolley tour. At least that is what we thought was happening! No words can begin to describe how much fun I had with these two and their wedding day is going to be amazing, I can already tell.
Aaron and Krista, thank you for following me up to Fish Creek for your engagement photos. My cheeks literally hurt from laughing with you both for two hours. You had me in tears at one point. But I will say this, your marriage is going to bring so many exciting points, remember them and cherish them. Take this time before you say “I Do” to remember all the reasons you are going to stand together and become husband and wife. Here are a few favorites from your engagement session!
